Now you can control lights, music, radios, alarms, etc. with any VCR, TV or other infrared (IR) remote you have with this fun, easy to use kit. Push a button on your remote and a set of relay contacts on this kit latch on. Push a button on your remote again, when you wish to turn the item off. Features RED LED on indicator, operation from one 9V battery (not included) and reliable 2 IC circuit. Relay contacts are DPDT 1 amp rating. Range about 18 ft. to 28 ft. depending on the power of your remote. Set it in a corner away from your TV and you'll have the perfect home automation accessory! Size of PC board 2 3/4” x 2 1/4”.
