Phone Hold with Music Kit
This handy kit not only puts your caller on hold, but plays the “Marine Hymn (Halls of Montezuma)” to entertain the caller on hold. Kit uses a sophisticated music IC, a CMOS IC, 3 transistor and 1 SCR circuit.
To put your caller on hold simply press the button on the kit and hang up the handset. When you're ready to talk to the caller again, just lift up the handset and the kit will automatically turn off. Features red LED “caller on hold” light, built in piezo that can be switched on if you would like to hear the music and AC adaptor (no batteries to buy). Very simple hookup - just plug cord (included with kit) into phone and plug your standard modular line cord into jack on board - requires no special wiring. For single phone lines (not multiline) usage only.
