Times Up Timer Kit

This kit was designed to interface with the Super Quiz Judging Kit (C6478). The teacher asks the “question” then operates the start switch. If at the end of the allotted time period no student has pushed his answer button, the Times Up Timer Kit emits a beeping tone, flashes a LED and locks out all students. The teacher then asks a new ”question” and again operates the start switch.

The time period is preset from seconds to minutes by the use of a control. This kit is designed to draw its power from the Super Quiz Judging Kit, but it also can use a 9V battery (not included) in stand alone applications. When used in stand alone applications, it can supply a relay contact open or closed at the end of the time period (in addition to the sound and flashing LED).

Size of board: 3.25” x 3.75”. Complete with all parts, PC board and instructions. Skill Level 2.
