SMD Infrared Detector Kit
Our tiniest SMD kit is only 1” x .56”. This kit detects the infrared (IR) energy emitted by VCR/DVD remotes, other types of IR remote controls or IR products.
A tiny red LED lights up with each IR pulse that is received by this kit. Simply hold the remote to be tested about 2” from the detector kit and press each button to see if they are all functioning properly. Uses an IR sensor, SMD transistors, SMD resistors and SMD capacitor.
Operates from a 9V battery (not included). Complete with all parts, PC board and instructions. Skill Level 2.
